A delegation from Al-Mamoun University College, led by Mr. Amjad Sabah Aziz, the Student Activities Director at the college, participated in the Scouts Gathering for Rovers and Guides hosted by Northern Technical University in Kirkuk Governorate. The head of the delegation highlighted several key benefits of the scouting movement, including:
