On May 8, 2025-the very date when the first term of the final examinations for the 2024-2025 academic year commenced—a ministerial committee from Al-Mustansiriya University paid a field visit to our university. Headed by Prof. Dr. Ammar Saadoun Salman, the committee attended to inspect how the examinations were being conducted across the university's various departments. Professor Dr. Samir Dawood Salman, President of Al-Mamoun University, welcomed the visitors. He gave a brief overview of how the examinations were being implemented and the measures put in place to ensure they were conducted smoothly and how the high standards were maintained.

During their visit, in which they commended the organizational and administrative efforts made by the rectorate, the committee particularly appreciated the high level of commitment to create an appropriate examination ambience for undergraduates and the smooth and systematic conduct of examinations they observed. As for ensuring the success of both the educational and examination processes, they also highlighted the crucial role of the heads of academic departments, rapporteurs, and the examination committee members. By emphasizing the importance of maintaining this approach to further enhance the quality of higher education, the committee ended their visit, wishing the undergraduates all the best in their endeavors.
