In line with its distinguished frameworks and under the exceptional patronage of its Dean, Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Hussein Ismail, Al-Mamoon University College precedes its counterparts among both private and public universities and colleges by launching a program to support, qualify, and train its graduates. This initiative, known as "The First Rehabilitation and Development Program to Enhance the Skills and Capabilities of Al-Mamoon University College Graduates," was launched on July 21, 2024.

The college has commenced its program for training graduates through several training courses that will aid in the development of their administrative, financial, legal, and personal skills, as well as e-governance skills. Graduates will receive participation certificates to endorse their honorable participation in these courses, which will not only strengthen their resumes but also enhance their performance quality, contributing to the ongoing reconstruction efforts in our country.
