The Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Al-Mamoon University College welcomed the Russian Ambassador to Iraq Elbrus Kutrashev along with His Excellency, the Minister of Culture, Dr. Ahmed Fakak Al-Badrani, the Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Education Committee, Dr. Adel Al-Rikabi, member of the Parliamentary Education Committee MP Muhammad Qutaiba, Dean of the Foreign Service Institute, Dr. Hussein Al-Safi, and MP Hadi Al-Salami.
