Represented by the prestigious Dean, Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Hussein Ismail, and all staff members of Al-Mamoon University College, his Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Abudi, has sent a letter of gratitude to Al-Mamoon University College. This appreciation is for their great work that resulted in the signing of an academic and scientific agreement between Russian Belgorod State University and Al-Mamoon University College.

The agreement calls for the inauguration of an institute for Russian language study, student exchange programs, scientific partnerships connected to scientific research, joint scientific publications on worldwide venues (Scopus, Clarivate), and so on.

His Excellency prayed to Allah Almighty for more giving and success in serving our country. He also expressed his full and ongoing support for everything that supports scientific progress in Iraq.
