Along with other universities, Al-Mamoun University College took part in the championship organized by the University of Baghdad – College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences. This event was held in collaboration with the Student Activities Department at the Ministry of Higher Education’s Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority and the Iraqi University Sports Federation.

The delegation of Al-Mamoun University College was led by the Lecturer and Head of the Sports Activities Department, Mr. Amjad Sabah, who highlighted that the championship witnessed intense competition among participants, who demonstrated strong determination to reach the podium. As a result of the competition, skilled individuals were selected to join Al-Mamoun University College’s swimming team for upcoming Iraqi Universities Championships.

Mr. Sabah emphasized that "the college is home to a wealth of talent, and sports hold a prominent place here. We are fully prepared to take part in the upcoming ministerial competitions, and we firmly believe that our students will achieve top ranks", he said.
