Belgorod State National Research University

An academic and scientific agreement signed under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, who sent the university a letter of thanks for it on 26 June 2024. Under it a Russian language institute was opened at the university in February 2025 in the presence of Iraq's Cultural Attaché in Moscow, and in summer 2025 thirteen of the university's students completed the first training course held for them at Belgorod State University.
