Prof. Abdulrahman Hameed Majeed, President of Al-Mamoun University, chaired the thesis defense committee for a master’s thesis in commutative algebra at the University of Sulaimani.

Judi Shaho Hussein Abdullah, a graduate student in the Department of Mathematics at the university’s College of Science, defended the thesis before a distinguished group of faculty members and specialists in mathematics from several Iraqi universities.

Serving on examining committees at other universities supports research, encourages the exchange of expertise, and strengthens academic collaboration among Iraq’s universities.
