On Tuesday, September 29, 2026, the President of Al-Mamoun University, Prof. Abdulrahman Hameed Majeed, attended a meeting held to explain the unified admission Mechanism for private universities and colleges.

The meeting was convened in accordance with the directives of the Ministry’s Deputy for Scientific Research, who chairs the Private University Education Council, and was organized by the Directorate of Studies, Planning and Follow-up at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It was held in Ibn Fadlan Hall at the Educational Complex in the Ministry’s headquarters and attended by the presidents of private universities and the deans of private colleges.

The meeting reviewed the regulations and instructions governing the unified admission system for the coming academic year and stressed the importance of applying the approved processes to ensure a smooth and transparent admission process and to simplify student admission procedures.
