Adding to its legacy of academic excellence, Al-Mamoun University announces the release of a newly published book titled Alternative Sanctions. The book was co-authored by Assistant Professor Dr. Raad Tohme, Assistant to the President for Administrative Affairs, alongside an elite group of scholars from Iraq and the Arab region.

Considered a vital contribution to regional legal scholarship, this collaborative work underscores the university's strategic commitment to advancing scientific research and academic publishing, and to fostering the intellectual development of the community.
