Under the patronage of the esteemed President of Al-Mamoun University, Professor Samir Dawood Salman, the Division of Continuing Education and Scientific Development hosted the academic seminar entitled: "Transparency and Accountability in Educational Institutions and the Upholding of Public Service Ethics", delivered by Assistant Professor Dr. Ra'ad Ta'ma Al-Shammari.
