Under the patronage of Al-Mamoun University President, Prof. Samir Dawood Salman, a scientific symposium was held on Sunday, April 5, 2026, addressing AIDS (Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome) and viral hepatitis, along with methods of prevention.
The symposium featured the participation of Dr. Hussein Ali Mahdi, Pharm. Marwa Ghalib Abdul Ghani, and Dr. Hala Kamal Ismail. The speakers provided valuable scientific insights aimed at raising public health awareness. The symposium also served as a platform for community education on these diseases and methods of prevention.
