On Monday, Al-Mamoun University held an exhibition for the artworks of the Design Department. With the attendance of a number of government officials and personalities, the exhibition was inaugurated by Professor Dr. Samir Dawood Salman, Dean of Al-Mamoun University, MP Madiha Al-Mousawi, and a representative of MP Mohammed Hassan Radi Al-Shammari. Organized by the Design Department at Al-Mamoun University for morning and evening students of the first and second stages, the first academic foundational exhibition included 150 works, under the direct supervision of the Head of Department, Professor Dr. Luay Taha Al-Mulla Huwaish. It included blueprinting and drawing boards for the first stage students under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Sana Abdulameer Alqaisi. And as for the second stage productions, they were included interior design models for the Models course supervised by Dr. Akeel Khreef, architectural drawing maps supervised by Assistant Lecturer Aya Sabah, building facades design and interior designs for the Perspective course and Interior Design Techniques course supervised by Assistant Lecturer Hussein Mohammed Ali. The attendees praised the students' participation and the works displayed that contribute to preparing them for the labour market. At the conclusion of the exhibition, students and supervising professors were honored, and certificates of appreciation and gifts were distributed to the participating and distinguished students by the college deanship, wishing them further success and prosperity to serve our country.
