With the aim of providing job opportunities and free training courses for youth, the Employment, Training, and Follow-up Unit at Al-Mamoun University College participated in an initiative by the Ministry of Youth and Sports / Scientific Care Directorate to organize a job fair, in collaboration with several private sector companies and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ).

The esteemed Dean, Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Hussein Ismail, affirmed that this year’s fair, now in its second edition, marked a qualitative leap from last year’s event in terms of job opportunities, participation, and a significant turnout of young attendees. This year’s event offered 3,500 training opportunities and saw participation from 60 private Iraqi companies in cooperation with GIZ. He encouraged young men and women to make use of the fair, which provides substantial job opportunities, as well as from the Ministry of Youth and Sports' resources that are dedicated to serving and empowering them.
