Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Abdul Karim Hussein Ismail, Dean of Al•Mamoun University College, the Department of Continuing Education and Scientific Development held a scientific seminar titled "Crisis, Risk, and Disaster Management". The seminar was chaired by Prof. Dr. Siham Kamil Muhammad, Asst. Lecturer Taghreed Alaa Muhammad, and Asst. In turn, the respected Dean emphasized that crisis and risk management, or disaster management, is about how to prepare for what may not happen and deal with what has happened to avoid risks. It encompasses the rules that include preparing for disaster and crisis situations before they occur, responding to them, and mitigating the risks resulting from such crises or disasters. - The ability to develop a risk register and how it can enhance overall quality in healthcare facilities.

- How to develop a plan to improve risk management.

- How to apply and implement emergency and evacuation plans.

- Strategies for managing crises, confronting them, and reducing their negative outcomes.

- How to establish comprehensive quality standards in hospitals.

- How to avoid crises and minimize their negative results.
