Program Mission

The college offers distinguished study programs and a system of scientific research to achieve the aspirations of the beneficiaries and contributes as a scientific expertise house in serving the community socially, technologically and industrially through the number of highly qualified graduates to support national development and ensure optimal employment for public partnership.

Program Objectives

1. Building a scientific and administrative organizational structure qualified to activate the knowledge system

2. Optimum use of available resources to ensure achieving a balance between the academic, social and economic objectives of the college.

3. Providing scientific advice in the college’s areas of specialization, cooperating in the field of community research and studies, and holding conferences, seminars, and panel discussions.

4. In addition to the distinguished pattern above, there is another pattern that aims to graduate theoretically and scientifically qualified scientific cadres through specialized scientific departments to contribute to meeting the needs of development plans.

5.  Building bridges of communication and cooperation between the college and between institutions, universities and scientific research centers regionally and internationally.

Admission for 2026–2027 is centralised through the Qaddim platform of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

• Eligible applicants: graduates of secondary school in the biological, applied and scientific streams, and graduates of industrial vocational schools in the corresponding specialisations listed in the guide.
• Minimum average to apply: 62.5% for morning study, 59.5% for evening study; for graduates of vocational schools in the corresponding specialisations, 64.5% for morning study and 61.5% for evening study.
• Places are allocated competitively by average, order of preference and capacity.
• Applicants for morning study must have been born in 1996 or later.
• A medical examination meeting the requirements of the programme.

The programme runs on the semester system. These are the first-semester courses of the first year, with their theory and practical credit hours; the programme guide gives their syllabi.

First year: first semester

Graduates work in fields including:

• Cloud computing and data centre administration
• Network and systems security
• Server and operating system administration
• Technical support in banks, telecommunications companies and public institutions
