Dr. Raad Tuama, assistant president for administrative
affairs at Al-Mamoun University, served on the defense committee for a master’s
thesis in criminal law at the Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies. He was
both a committee member and the thesis advisor.
This participation is part of the University's effort to
strengthen ties with other academic institutions so that they can share
expertise and raise the standard of research and graduate studies.
In line with its goals for education and research in Iraq,
the University will continue to support academic work that advances legal
scholarship and improves the quality of research.
