Workshop on Job Performance and Ethical Conduct

During the university's distinguished scientific activities, the workshop "Job Performance and Its Impact on the Legal Applications of Professional Conduct Regulations" received patronage from President of Al-Mamoun University, Dr. Samir Dawood Salman. In collaboration with the Commission of integrity (COI), the workshop took place on Wednesday October 15th 2025 through the Continuing Education and Scientific Development Division.

The (COI) lecturer explained to workshop attendees about the need to build an ethical work environment through integrity promotion and presented the Professional Conduct Regulations which define ethical standards for employees. The rules and standards of the Professional Conduct Regulations provide ethical guidelines for employees to perform their public duties with complete honesty and integrity and professionalism and dedication and impartiality while protecting public interests.

The workshop participants showed great interest which helped the workshop reach its educational goals and strengthen university-wide values of transparency and integrity in academic and administrative work.
