Lecture Halls

Lecture halls fitted with boards, display screens and a lectern, also used for mid-term and final examinations.

About this facility

The lecture halls are distributed across the university buildings and serve its scientific and humanities departments. A hall is fitted with a board, a wall-mounted display screen, a lectern and tablet-arm seating, so that a lecture can be delivered and visual material shown at the same time.

The same halls are used for mid-term, final and ministerial assessment examinations, with the seating rearranged to suit examination rules.

Its role

The hall is where the lecture is delivered and the discussion is held, and where the examination is sat — so how it is equipped shapes both the teaching and the assessment.
